Medicare Health Support ended as scheduled on August 14, 2008. Medicare Health Support was a three year program sponsored by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services that provided additional health education and support to a select group of Medicare fee-for-service (FFS) beneficiaries. The goal of Medicare Health Support was to improve the health and quality of life for participating Medicare beneficiaries.
